About
22 years of
healing hands.
Pamela Olberding is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Massage Therapist with 22 years of experience — a rare combination of clinical knowledge and genuine healing touch.
Her work centers on rehabilitation: knee, shoulder, spinal, and muscular injuries, as well as conditions like cerebral palsy, TMJ, and migraines. She'll relax you first, then go to work — clients often walk in unable to turn their head and leave with their full range of motion back.
Above all, Pam listens. She's approachable, personal, and skilled at exactly what your body needs.

Good to know
Before you book.
The details clients ask about most — answered.
What should I wear — do I have to undress?
Undress only to your comfort level. You are fully draped the entire session and never completely exposed. You also choose the pressure, always.
Do you work with injuries, chronic pain, and athletes?
Yes — it’s the heart of the practice. With 22 years of experience and a nursing background, Pam works with injury rehab, chronic pain, sports recovery (including former pro athletes), migraines, TMJ, and more.
What are your rates and specials?
Sessions run $95–$200 depending on service and length. New clients get 10% off their first massage, seniors get 5% off, and gift cards are available.
How do I pay, and is tipping expected?
Venmo and Cash App today, with card payments coming soon. Tipping is always appreciated but completely optional.
What’s your cancellation policy?
There are no cancellation fees. A courtesy 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule is greatly appreciated. Same-day booking is possible with at least 2 hours’ notice.
What oils and scents do you use?
Peppermint, eucalyptus, sandalwood, and relaxation blends. Lavender is never used — Pam is allergic, and the space is kept allergy-aware.
How should I prepare, and what do I do after?
Please arrive alcohol-free for at least 6 hours and dress comfortably. Afterward, drink plenty of water and do some gentle stretching to get the most from your session.
When should I reschedule?
Please rebook if you’ve had cold or flu symptoms in the last 5–7 days, or have a new fracture in the area you’d like worked on. When in doubt, just call and ask.
Is parking and access easy?
Yes — parking is easy and the entrance is accessible. Sessions are one-on-one with Pam (female therapist).
